Tuition Plans
We offer flexible tuition plans to meet the diverse needs of Helms families depending on your pick-up time needs, as well as drop-in care for those who attend less frequently. Whether your child joins us daily or just occasionally, we’re here to support your schedule and budget.
Monthly Invoicing
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due by the 10th. Please note: we do not pro-rate tuition for partial months.
Late Pick‑Up Policy
Families have a 5‑minute grace period after their scheduled pick‑up time. After that, a $1 per minute late fee will be applied, up to $20 per day.
Our system automatically signs out any remaining students at 6:30 pm. If a child is not checked out, the automatic time will be used and late fees will be charged accordingly. Please ensure your child is properly checked out each day to avoid additional fees.
Financial Aid Available
We’re committed to making after school accessible to all families. If you’d like to discuss financial assistance, please reach out to us at afterschool@helmspta.org—we’re happy to work with you.
2025 - 2026 Tuition and Drop-In Rates
Sibling Discounts are available and will be applied to the lowest tuition price: 1st sibling = 20% off 2+ Siblings = 25% off.
$50 registration fee - ($75 family max) for monthly plans waived until August 24th.

Register by Aug 23 and we'll waive the annual Registration Fee for monthly tuition plans.
Registration takes up to 48 hours to process. Register by EOD August 7th to guarantee your child is eligible for the first day of school.
